Currently Huth & Lüdicke Finanzdienstleistungs AG does not participate in any regulated dispute settlement procedures.

7. Engagement Policy

The asset management activities of Huth & Lüdicke Finanzdienstleistungs AG are limited to so-called overlay management. Specifically, this means that, within the scope of its asset management activities, Huth & Lüdicke Finanzdienstleistungs AG does not buy or sell individual securities – neither equities nor debt instruments of any origin – but rather limits itself to allocating clients’ assets by asset class and subsequently appoints specialized asset managers to handle the portfolio management for each asset class and continuously monitors each manager’s activities. As a result of this limitation on its activities, Huth & Lüdicke Finanzdienstleistungs AG has no means whatsoever to influence the business policies of the portfolio companies in which the portfolio managers – who are individually responsible for specific investment decisions – invest. For this reason, Huth & Lüdicke Finanzdienstleistungs AG is unable to pursue an engagement policy within the meaning of Section 143b of the German Stock Corporation Act (*Aktiengesetz*) and therefore refrains from adopting an engagement policy as defined by this provision.
