Jochen Lüdicke has for decades continued to advise family entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and financial service providers in all conceptual matters of an efficient legal and tax set-up of high net worth’s. His particular areas of expertise consist of succession planning, capital investments (including special purpose companies), corporate finance and tax proceedings before German and European courts.
Jochen Lüdicke is an honorary professor of tax law at the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf, honorary president of the German Association of Tax Advisors as well as engaged as a specialist author and speaker on relevant issues of tax law. Moreover, he is highly committed to managing a variety of charities.
